Job Summary: The Network Engineer III is responsible for evaluating, supporting, implementing, and monitoring Network Management Toolsets. Note: Experience with Arista environment is a must. Preference for candidates near Dayton, OH (Cincy or Columbus nearby cities is acceptable). Essential Functions: Design, implement, monitor, and support Network Transport Infrastructure: Cisco routers & switches, ISE, Application Load Balancers, CheckPoint firewalls, authentication services, wireless devices, and DNS administration. Monitor and support Network Communications Infrastructure: Cisco Call Manager, voice gateways, VOIP, and related facilities. Evaluate, implement, monitor, and support data center support equipment: network cabling, power distribution, and conditioning. Support and implement Virtual Private Networking (VPN) solutions for internal/external customers. Ensure infrastructure design and implementation can adapt to growth and change at CareSource. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience required. 7 to 10 years of network experience required. Cisco CCNA certification required; Cisco CCNP or equivalent preferred. Skills and Competencies: Advanced computer and networking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Effective listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism. Ability to work independently and in a team. Technical writing and time management skills. Leadership experience preferred. Working Conditions: General office environment; may require sitting or standing for extended periods.
