Sr Support Services Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr Support Services Engineer to lead and support a variety of technical initiatives. This role blends advanced technical support, project engineering, and team mentorship. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing escalated support tickets, leading projects from inception to completion, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Support Services (60%) Handle escalated support tickets and general support requests. Lead and execute mini to large-scale support service projects. Participate in on-call rotations and scheduled support tasks. Project Management & Technical Engagement (30%) Manage and execute technical projects, including onboarding and assessments. Serve as a technical liaison during discussions and training sessions. Ensure all project phases are documented and delivered to organizational and industry standards. Internal Systems & Innovation (10%) Contribute to internal product and system enhancements. Perform proactive support services and process improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Sr Engineers may be assigned to projects across various departments, including:

Information Technology (IT) Networking Voice Solutions Surveillance Systems

Assignments are based on experience and alignment with project needs. Engineers are expected to take ownership of their work, ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational values and mission.

Documentation & Standards

Maintain thorough documentation of all project work, configurations, and support activities. Contribute to the internal knowledge base to streamline future support. Adhere to best practices and standards from Microsoft, HP, Cisco, and other key partners.

Team-oriented with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Strong communication skills with a commitment to satisfaction and service excellence. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable for end-to-end project delivery.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
