About The Role

Senior Product Manager

Our product managers are passionate about creating products that make a difference for users and our clients. We have strong product instincts, deep customer expertise, a strong understanding of product design, all while operating with an agile technical fluency. Our product managers operate collaboratively with designers and engineers with a passion for navigating through ambiguous environments to continuously improve customer experiences.

Product Strategy & Leadership

Define and evolve product vision and roadmap grounded in customer needs, data insights, and business priorities. Lead product discovery to identify impactful opportunities, validate assumptions, and ensure a clear problem-solution fit. Conduct build vs. buy analysis for critical capabilities, balancing time-to-value, cost, and technical constraints. Translate strategic goals into actionable epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlog ruthlessly to maximize customer and business value, aligning with cross-functional delivery goals. Ensure all product decisions balance short-term outcomes and long-term platform evolution.

Agile Execution & Scrum Adaptability

Operate effectively within a variety of Scrum and Agile team structures; able to flex between Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities for small, lean teams as needed. Facilitate core ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos in cases where no dedicated Scrum Master is present. Proactively remove delivery blockers, improve team health, and encourage sustainable velocity and continuous improvement. Drive clarity between the “what,” “why,” and “how,” ensuring teams understand the intent behind priorities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Establish strong partnerships with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and external partners to co-develop solutions and align delivery expectations. Create and maintain transparent communication cadences with leadership and functional partners to surface roadmap progress, tradeoffs, and changes. Educate stakeholders on product priorities and Agile best practices, balancing urgency with realism to maintain trust and alignment. Act as a translator between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on goals, scope, and success criteria.

Team Collaboration & Culture

Serve as a champion for the end user, bringing empathy, insight, and curiosity to every product decision. Build high-trust relationships across disciplines, fostering an open, collaborative, and psychologically safe team culture. Support team retrospectives, feedback cycles, and rituals that reinforce continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience working across product and development teams in Agile environments, with exposure to UX, design thinking, and client-facing delivery. Proven ability to lead through influence, aligning cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and executives around shared product goals. Direct experience with clients, including leading workshops, facilitating collaborative decisions, and navigating competing priorities. Strong product ownership skills, including backlog management, user story creation, and prioritization based on user and business value. Experience with product discovery, including articulating and testing hypotheses, defining success metrics, and using data to inform direction. Track record of delivering products from concept through launch, with a focus on iterative value delivery and measurable impact. Comfortable stepping into Scrum facilitation roles, including leading standups, retrospectives, and planning sessions when needed. Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences, capable of translating complex concepts and building organizational alignment. Adept at resolving conflict and motivating high-performing teams, fostering psychological safety and delivery accountability. Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on building lasting relationships and designing solutions that meet real user needs.

Technical Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and build partnerships across product teams and stakeholders Ability to quickly ramp up in a client’s domain and identify emerging trends and product opportunities Emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy that foster team trust and collaboration Deep user empathy and a strong sensibility for user experience, grounded in appreciation for user research and usability testing Comfortable operating in fast-paced, fluid environments and making decisions with imperfect information Experience with data-driven experimentation and analysis to inform product strategy and continuous optimization Working knowledge of software delivery pipelines, CI/CD practices, and DevOps principles

Preferred (Optional) Qualifications

Experience leading data-centric or GenAI-based product initiatives, such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solution development Experience participating in or leading pre-sales efforts, including discovery workshops, scoping, and proposal development
