Senior Software Engineer

They are now seeking multiple Senior Software Engineers to join their fast-paced, high-performing team. What You'll Do Design, build, and scale high-performance distributed systems that power AI-driven products and experiences. Collaborate closely with AI/ML, product, and infrastructure teams to bring cutting-edge innovations into production. Tackle complex architectural challenges across data pipelines, event-driven systems, and real-time personalization engines. Champion engineering best practices in a cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Bring a product mindset to your code—shaping features from design through to deployment. What We're Looking For 6+ years of professional experience (or 4+ with an advanced degree) in software engineering. Strong experience building and operating distributed systems at scale. Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes (K8s). Experience with streaming and data tools like Kafka, Spark, or similar. Ability to discuss and demonstrate how you’ve leveraged AI/ML in production environments whether through recommendation systems, personalization, automation, or ops. A scrappy, startup mindset with a bias toward action, ownership, and rapid iteration. Nice to Have Experience in high-growth startup environments where you’ve worn multiple hats.
