Credo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead the recruitment strategy, processes, and programs to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the company. This role will partner closely with business leaders and the People Team to ensure seamless and high-quality experiences for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership to scale recruiting operations in alignment with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities Recruiting Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a global comprehensive recruiting strategy to meet hiring goals across all functions. Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on workforce planning, job design, and market insights that align with business objectives. Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse and qualified talent pipelines including identifying and cultivating relationships with talent communities, universities, and professional and industry relevant networks. Build, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators while fostering a collaborative, high-performance recruiting culture with clear service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards.

Recruiting Operations

Design and implement recruiting processes, policies, and workflows to establish a consistent, scalable approach to hiring. Champion the implementation and optimization of recruiting technology platforms (e.g., ATS, sourcing tools). Monitor vendor performance and ROI, with expectations for vendors to ensure quality and alignment with their hiring goals. Ensure recruiting policies and practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations while also training team members and hiring managers in compliant interviewing and selection practices. Develop recruiting dashboards and reporting frameworks to track metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline health, diversity) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.

Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience

Design candidate experiences that are engaging, transparent, and reflective of company values from first contact through onboarding. Establish feedback loops with hiring managers and candidates to drive continuous improvement of the hiring experience. Manage the intern program, collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract top early-career talent, and partner with the People team to deliver a seamless and engaging intern experience through thoughtful onboarding, mentorship, and learning opportunities.

Employer Branding & Marketing

Support employer branding initiatives to position Credo as an employer of choice. Build and promote the employer brand to attract top talent, including developing recruitment marketing campaigns and content.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years of recruiting in technology. Proven success in developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms , sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor, candidate assessment methods, and recruiting metrics. Demonstrated experience building recruiting processes, implementing tools, and scaling teams in a growth environment. Experience managing external recruiting vendors and partners. Excellent communication and skilled at influencing and leading change at all levels across a global organization, partnering with executives to align solutions to organizational goals. Comfortable building from scratch and iterating quickly based on feedback
