Were hiring a
Technical Support Manager
to oversee U.S. customer support operations for a global leader in automation and warehouse technology. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in intralogistics or warehouse systems who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You'll lead a cross-functional team, drive process improvement, manage incident response, and act as a key escalation point for mission-critical issues. What Youll Be Doing: Manage and lead a team of 10+ across the Technical Support functions. Oversee daily ticket management, incident troubleshooting, change requests, and customer escalations. Create and deliver reports, statistics, and KPI tracking for internal and customer-facing use (including QBRs). Collaborate with international counterparts to align on global remote service strategies and scheduling. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process changes to enhance service delivery. Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents and high-priority customer issues. What You Bring: 3+ years experience in a customer support, troubleshooting, or technical help desk environment. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Previous experience in intralogistics, warehousing, or large systems integrators preferred. Familiarity with WMS, WCS, or PLC systems. Strong leadership qualities: empathetic, calm under pressure, and passionate about team development. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
