As a Software QA Analyst at RFgen you will be a part of the Professional Services team working closely with Solution Architects, Implementation Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure all customer deliverables are defect free. Responsibilities
Be an integral part of an agile Professional Services team responsible for the delivery of quality customized mobile app solutions to enterprise customers.
Execute comprehensive test cases and document results to ensure robust, defect-free applications aligned with customer requirements.
Create detailed test plans and test cases and enhance existing test case libraries to support custom features.
Work with members of the Professional Services team to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
Collaborate closely with global teams, acting as a liaison across departments to strengthen and continuously improve the QA process.
Effectively manage time and priorities to ensure timely delivery of assigned customer deliverables and internal quality objectives.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of QA experience Ability to write test cases and an understanding of how they are related to test cycles and test plans. Knowledge of APIs and testing them using POSTMAN/SOAP UI Ability to quickly troubleshoot, analyze and solve problems over e-mail, chat, and phone Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience configuring mobile devices such as Android, iOS, and Windows CE is a plus. Knowledge of network infrastructures and technologies is a plus. Experience with test case management systems. Zephyr (preferred).
