TBMP Inspection Program Coordinator/Program Advisor Under the direction of the Culverts Asset Management Branch Chief, a Senior Transportation Engineer, the Transportation Engineering (Civil) is responsible for the District Treatment Best Management Practice (TBMP) inspection program, maintenance and improvement of the TBMP database, process improvement, and Highway Maintenance (HM)-233 TBMP Major Maintenance.
Serves as the technical advisor and Program Coordinator for the TBMP Inspection Program HM-233 TBMP, works closely with Headquarters (HQ) and other programs in the District to meet the program's objectives and requirements.
Monitors, tracks, evaluates activities and projects, develops reports, performs investigations, and provides recommendations for compliance with TBMP program requirements.

Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER (CIVIL) exam. For those without current eligibility (e.g., transfer, permissive reinstatement, or voluntary demotions) and/or who are new to state civil service employment, you must be on the state examination list to be eligible. If MQs are met under Pattern II and you require the TE Civil in-person written hurdle exam, do not take the TE Civil online exam prior to passing the written hurdle, as it may impact your eligibility.
