Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr We are looking for an experienced and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to join one of our Beauty clients that is experiencing an exciting period of growth. In this pivotal role, you will help shape, maintain, and communicate the brands image and identity. Youll strategize and execute marketing initiatives across all channels to clearly share our values, mission, and products with our target audience. By leveraging market research, creative campaigns, and cross-functional teamwork, you will build brand equity and drive consumer engagement, conversion, and loyalty. The ideal candidate is results-driven, passionate about brand marketing, and has a deep understanding of the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities: Shape, maintain, and communicate the brand image Define and refine the brands unique value proposition to resonate with our audience and stand out from competitors Plan, lead, and execute all marketing campaigns Own and manage the marketing calendar for DTC, TTS, Retail, and Amazon campaigns Plan and manage the social media calendarincluding writing engaging copy, designing posts in Canva, sourcing content from creators, responding to comments, identifying creators for partnerships, relaying information to the creator manager, sending customer service questions to the CS team, and assisting with DMs Monitor customer feedback to develop new content ideas Lead partnership marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and support GTM initiatives Manage the email marketing calendar in coordination with the email team Plan and execute PR campaigns to drive awareness and support product launches Coordinate 360-degree marketing campaigns for product launches Organize brand events in collaboration with design, logistics, and marketing teams Plan photoshoots and oversee creation of other brand assets Collaborate closely with CMO, COO, CCO, in-house creators, Creator Marketing Manager, Customer Support, Creative Director, and other teams Create monthly reports on key brand KPIs Core Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (Masters degree a plus) 3-5 years (NO more and NO less)-of experience in brand marketing and must be in the BEAUTY FIELD (DTC, Amazon or retail) Experience managing social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Beauty or skincare industry experience MUST Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon preferred Proficient in Google Business Suite, Canva, Slack, Asana, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; able to report results clearly Strong analytical skills to translate content performance into actionable strategies Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building abilities Highly organized; able to manage multiple campaigns & partnerships simultaneously A passion for beauty/makeup industry with a focus on community-building & inclusive storytelling Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional collaboration Seniority level
