The Opportunity
Animal Emergency Clinic (AEC) is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Emergency Veterinarian to join our expanding team. Our hospital is friendly, collaborative, and committed to providing high-quality emergency care with compassion and respect—for our patients, their families, and each other.
We currently operate overnight on weekdays (6pm–8am) and 24 hours on weekends, with a goal of becoming a 24/7 emergency hospital. We’re hiring for shifts across all 7 days, with a flexible schedule tailored to your lifestyle.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive ProSal compensation model:
Base salary: $220,000-$250,000 annually depending on experience Production: 24% of earnings Signing bonus: tailored packages available Relocation reimbursement available Continuing Education: $3,000 annually Comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more Opportunity to participate in Ethos Discovery clinical trials and shape the future of veterinary medicine
What We’re Looking For
Emergency Veterinarians with a strong interest and training in surgery Confident and capable of performing emergency surgical procedures (e.g., GDVs, hemoabdomens, foreign bodies) Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Open to working a variety of shifts as we expand to 24/7 coverage

AEC is an AAHA-accredited emergency hospital that’s been serving the community since 1974. In 2017, we opened a modern, 10,000 sq. ft. facility built specifically for emergency care.
