We are seeking a full-time RN for our Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Inova Alexandria Hospital.
Full-time night shift (3 x 12-hour shifts) from 7pm to 7am.
Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Bonus available.
This is a highly collaborative and engaged work environment with great leadership. The MSICU is a 20-bed unit with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. Patient population includes cardiopulmonary failure, adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), sepsis, multi-organ dysfunction, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary thrombosis, shock syndromes, renal failure, advanced medical conditions & co-morbidities, and post-operative complicated surgical cases.
