Business Development Key Responsibilities
Immunocore is a commercial-stage biotechnology company that discovered the world’s first approved T cell receptor (TCR) therapy. The company is experiencing growth through the commercialization of the first TCR therapy and has a pipeline of medicines in Oncology, Autoimmune Diseases, and Infectious Diseases. The Vice President of Corporate Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing the company's BD strategy, identifying strategic partnerships, leading negotiations, overseeing due diligence, and building external relationships. This role reports directly to the CFO and Head of Corporate Development and involves supervising a small team. Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years in pharma/biotech business development or investment banking, with a proven deal sheet. Strong industry credibility, leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and financial acumen are essential. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced science degree and experience in oncology, immunology, or infectious diseases. Values and Culture
