We are seeking a

Regional CM/CEI Practice Director

for any of our Texas locations. The successful candidate will manage JMT's Construction Management and Inspection services in Texas. Responsibilities include overseeing construction and program management, inspection, claims support, scheduling, cost estimating, project controls, and other related construction management duties. You will also drive regional growth, lead and mentor staff, and develop business strategies to ensure the practice's financial success.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate growth strategies with office and practice leaders Develop and maintain client and partner relationships Expand market presence through marketing and business development Manage practice budgets and resource allocation Lead proposal development Provide technical expertise and resource planning Recruit and evaluate staff Lead team management and performance development

Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience: Bachelor's in civil engineering or related field PE license or equivalent 15+ years in discipline, including leadership roles Strong TxDOT and municipal relationships Project management and business development experience

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field
