Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Senior Business Analyst
with
7+ years of proven experience
to support enterprise-level initiatives in
Telehealth
and
IT Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) . The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare IT, excels at delivering high-quality BA artifacts, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires strong collaboration with
Project Managers , stakeholders, and development teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with
Project Managers
to support delivery of Telehealth and IT M&A projects.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, detailed
functional and system requirements .
Conduct requirements-gathering activities such as
interviews, document analysis, workflow reviews, and site visits .
Create high-quality
BA deliverables , including:
Business requirements documents (BRDs)
Functional requirements specifications (FRS)
Process flows and swimlane diagrams
(preferably in
Microsoft Visio )
Use cases and user stories
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
Support end-to-end project lifecycle, including UAT planning and validation.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
Actively manage risks and dependencies related to business analysis workstreams.
Take ownership of tasks and workstreams, demonstrating
initiative and autonomy . Required Qualifications:
7+ years
of hands-on
Business Analyst
experience in complex IT environments.
Healthcare industry experience
strongly preferred.
Experience with
Telehealth
platforms and/or
M&A
integration projects a major plus.
Advanced skills in
business process modeling
and
workflow analysis .
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Visio
for process documentation.
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality BA documentation.
Exceptional
communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and ability to learn quickly.
