At Atlas Copco Vacuum North America, the role of the Business Line Manager is critical in ensuring an exceptional experience for all employees and customers.

As a Business Line Manager, your mission is to lead and drive the service sales and marketing activities of our organization, ensuring that we meet our service sales revenue and product management profit and loss targets. You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for our business line Vacuum Technique Service

You Will

Be responsible for the profit and Loss and the Balance Sheet of the service business. e Ensure to have clear roles and responsibilities for service sales, service operations, service admin / order processing Invest in talent retention and growing pipeline for service roles Manage local business, profitability, costs Elaborate and implement an ambitious plan to achieve a strong profitable growth Lead towards a high level of customer satisfaction Monitor the development of a defined set of KPIs and scorecards Interact/Working closely together with other Business Line Managers Focus on developing all relevant service sales channels, direct and indirect. Handle major service plan negotiations for the business line in the region Stay up to date on market intelligence Develop the business in line within the defined business territory Present own strategy in Business Line Review Meetings Ensure optimum behavior and performance of the business line Safeguard a safe and healthy working environment Minimum of 50% travel may be required

Strategic and conceptual capabilities to lead and develop a regional service business and proven track record of delivering results in service support and service sales Sound commercial awareness Bachelor’s degree in management, business, administration, marketing engineering or other technical specialization is desirable. Relevant related experience would be considered. Excellent computer skills are required Working experience in a highly customer and service oriented environment Result-driven, radiant personality, who has strong leadership skills with capability to give enthusiasm to the organization and can communicate with impact Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team Business acumen and financial understanding- managing the full own P&L Strong customer- oriented attitude Appetite and hunger to hunt for results Stakeholder management Think forward and strategically
