What is Required (Qualifications): - 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C# - 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks - 3+ years of experience in architecture and design of new and current systems - 3+ years of experience in building AI/ML products, particularly with LLMs - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or a portfolio showcasing applied AI projects - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex challenges with minimal direction - 3+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
