Jade Global . Position Overview The person will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing software solutions. This includes working with process owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop solutions to support process effectiveness and efficiency. The individual will also manage projects and software throughout their lifecycle. Roles and Responsibilities Participating in analysis, configuration, modification, and implementation of IT Business Systems. Demonstrating communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve system issues and maximize benefits. Analyzing business processes and requests, recommending solutions using best practices. Documenting system specifications and configurations. Creating detailed specifications and process flows for application development. Designing solutions, defining requirements, and supporting testing and implementation. Training users on system modifications and highlighting impacts on processes. Maintaining system integrity, upgrades, and user updates. Collaborating with onsite and offshore teams, management, and executives to ensure quality releases. Adhering to regulatory and change management processes. Skill/Job Requirements 4-5 years of SAP ERP Business Systems Analysis experience focused on SAP SD. Strong knowledge of SAP SD-MM, SD-FICO modules. Expertise in SAP Sales, Returns, Pricing, Accounting, Credit Management, Shipping, Customs, Variant Configuration, and Availability Check. Experience with interfaces (IDOCS, EDI, XML) and middleware. Familiarity with Revenue Recognition and external Tax systems like Vertex. Understanding of User Exits and debugging skills preferred. Experience working with end users, gathering requirements, and creating functional specifications. Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and basic ABAP knowledge preferred. Familiarity with SDLC processes. Good communication skills. Team building, knowledge sharing, and mentoring contributions. Experience with SAP CRM and integration with third-party solutions like Processweaver or Amber Road is preferred.
