Senior Executive Accounting & Finance Recruiter @ BGSF
BGSF has partnered with an extremely established Oil & Gas Client in Dallas, TX, in search of a Financial Reporting Manager to join their growing team. This role will fill a key role within the Finance organization, supporting a wide range of activities such as manages accounting, internal and external reporting, technical accounting research, providing recommendations on complex accounting issues. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and trends, while contributing to the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will possess the qualities of attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness and completeness. Consolidate divisions’ financials including international operations, eliminations resulting in internal and compliance reporting that encompasses cash flow, balance sheet, income statement, bridges and footnotes leveraging OneStream. Financial analysis with meaningful explanations and statement preparation Responsible for monthly reporting process Perform review of financial information to ensure that it is accurate and in compliance with reporting requirements for GAAP. Perform accounting and finance research, as required, and prepare related documentation supporting such research. Qualifications/Requirements: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Master’s Degree strongly preferred. 5+ years relevant experience Public accounting experience preferred.
