Senior Project Manager
for our
San Diego office. Ideal candidates
are eager to learn, motivated to do more, and can work well independently and on a team. Our civil engineers are known for their strong technical design skills and being well versed in all phases of land development. Responsibilities: Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training, and employee performance. Represent firm in meetings with client, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site investigation, establish schedule, prepare proposal material, review with Principal or other Project Manager and finalize proposal. Participate in business development for prospective clients and maintain ongoing relations with current clients. Manage up to two Project Managers who supervise a total of 4 to 8 employees within the Engineering teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager Excellent problem solving, decision-making, communication, and team building skills, and abilities to manage a land development project from start to finish (entitlements through construction support). PE certification required Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) 401k with company match Discretionary bonuses Company wide closure from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Alternative work schedule (half day Fridays!) + hybrid office schedule after 90 days of employment Medical, dental, vision and chiropractic Life/AD&D/LTD Paid vacation, sick, and holidays NOTICES: Fuscoe is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
