Reporting to the

Senior Director Chief Architect - Architecture Delivery Office

as a Senior Leader, IT Architecture, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, and leading the implementation of solutions that drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes for our customers. Requirements analysis:

Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce Sales solutions. Solution Design:

Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions for Sales, covering lead management, opportunity tracking, account management, and sales forecasting that meets business needs and aligns with enterprise standards. Stakeholder communication:

Collaborate with sales teams to identify pain points and propose innovative solutions, translating technical details into business terms. Solution Support:

Lead the implementation of Salesforce Sales solutions, including configuration, customization, proof-of-concepts, and system integration, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring best practices in solution design and implementation. Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing to ensure quality and reliability. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on Salesforce Sales solutions and industry best practices. Assist in creating technical documentation and training materials for customers and internal teams. Solution Lifecycles:

Stay up-to-date with the latest features, releases, and best practices for Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales. The Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; Masters is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on Sales solutions. Extensive experience designing and implementing Salesforce Sales solutions, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting. Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud features, reports, dashboards, and automation tools. Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and related development tools. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and quoting tools integration. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Salesforce certifications such as CTA or CAA are highly desirable. Proven success in Salesforce Sales solution implementations. Additional familiarity with tools like Marketo, PowerBI, Revenue Cloud, Oracle, JIRA, Snowflake, HighSpot, and Totango is a plus. Pay Range:

The annual pay range in Canada is CAD 128,000 - 198,000. In the US, it is $141,700 - 226,300. Note: Pay ranges vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
