The Opportunity: As a CACI-MES SIGINT Analyst (TTO), you will serve as a key member supporting the Joint Cyber Operations Group (JCOG), US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Theater Special Operations Commands, and other Strategic Partners within the SOFETOPS enterprise. You will provide guidance, coaching, and training to less-experienced employees within the MAAP and across the SOFETOPS enterprise, focusing on SIGINT and CYBER.
Responsibilities:
Proficient in SIGINT targeting methodology, tools, databases, and datasets.
Provide academic support for SIGINT training within the DoD.
Conduct requirements analysis and produce assessments on emerging technologies.
Identify capabilities of foreign SIGINT systems and analyze R&D processes.
Collaborate with I3C and other intelligence analysts.
Coordinate and produce intelligence products within DoD and IC agencies.
Support digital and analog analysis of commercial devices.
Identify trends in threat development to anticipate future capabilities.
Qualifications: Required:
TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
Experience in operations coordination at O-5 level or higher.
6+ years as Target Digital Network Analyst or similar roles.
Experience with NSA/CSS or Joint/SOF targeting and analysis.
Knowledge of real-time knowledge management systems.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Desired:
Completion of organic targeting training (AETC/BTTC).
Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Certifications such as SCRUM Master, GSM, UMTS, CDMA, Project Management, etc.
Relevant Cyber PDSI Work Role or equivalent certifications.
This position is contingent on funding and may be filled at any time. Applicants may be considered for other CACI positions.

Pay Range: The salary range is $82,100 - $172,400, influenced by location, experience, skills, and certifications. Benefits include healthcare, wellness, retirement, education, and more.
Since the role may be performed in multiple locations, this range reflects the national average.
