Speech Language Pathologist
AB Staffing is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025/2026 school year.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or a related field.
National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services.
BLS certification (AHA) required.
Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, stand or sit for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
Good vision and hearing, with the ability to understand and communicate effectively.

The position is contracted through the 2025/2026 school year, with hours ranging from 37.5 to 40 per week, following the academic calendar.
Position Overview:
Provide speech and language therapy to support students’ communication and learning skills.
Essential Functions:
Identify students needing speech or language services and develop tailored interventions.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, use curriculum-based materials, and report progress.
Supervise support staff, collaborate with educators, and develop communication strategies.
Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual development.
Assess individual needs, develop personalized plans, and implement curriculum goals.
Model professional behavior and promote character development.
Salary:
$2,362.50 – $2,475.00 per week
