The position includes supervising and developing management and hourly associates, especially in challenging environments with high turnover, engagement issues, and recruiting challenges. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining relationships with officials, overseeing safety and quality standards, engaging in community outreach, driving financial performance, managing sales and expenses, ensuring store standards, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture. • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of general management experience, including financial accountability, and 4 years supervising at least 50 nonexempt and 5 exempt associates, with performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination experience; OR • 4 years of general management experience, including financial accountability, and 4 years supervising at least 50 nonexempt and 5 exempt associates, with similar responsibilities. Additional requirements include successful completion of job-specific trainings, and for facilities selling firearms, a background check and firearms training. Effective January 26, 2019, all associates must complete required trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University, or equivalent experience as a Store Manager in low, medium, or high-complexity stores, especially in grocery operations. Primary Location
