Creative Director, Video and Content

Austin, Texas . This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping and scaling a video-first content strategy across digital and social platforms. As a senior creative leader, you will drive vision and execution for short-form, branded, and editorial video storytelling, while leading a talented team of content producers. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales to elevate audience engagement, strengthen brand equity, and support monetization goals. This is a unique opportunity to build a modern, socially native video ecosystem with measurable business impact. Accountabilities: Define and lead the end-to-end video content strategy, encompassing brand campaigns, loyalty programs, social media, and editorial storytelling. Manage the full creative pipeline, from ideation to production, for short-form video, branded series, and syndicated video content. Lead and inspire a team of producers, editors, on-camera talent, and hybrid creators to deliver high-impact, platform-relevant content. Align video initiatives with broader marketing goals, such as customer acquisition, CPV monetization, and affiliate growth. Partner with social, branded content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, strategic pitching, and cross-channel distribution. Represent the video function to internal stakeholders and external partners, communicating the creative and commercial value of video content. 8–12+ years of experience in video content leadership, branded storytelling, or digital production within a media, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment. Deep fluency in native video formats across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with proven success in driving performance and engagement. Demonstrated ability to produce and manage both organic and monetized video strategies with measurable ROI. Strong creative instincts paired with a results-oriented, business-savvy mindset. Experience managing talent, creators, and cross-functional content teams. Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment. Passion for consumer products, e-commerce, or the digital savings space is a plus. A portfolio or video work sample is required for consideration.
