We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Nurse Supervisor
to lead our Ventilator Dependent Unit. Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including respiratory therapists, physicians, and rehabilitation staff. Monitor resident care plans, assessments, and documentation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to nursing staff. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability. Qualifications: Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in ventilator or respiratory care strongly preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Why Join Us?
