Sales Associate

to join their team at either their flagship store in Albany, NY, Clifton Park, NY or Queensbury, NY. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual with fine jewelry sales experience-particularly in diamonds and bridal-to thrive in a high-touch luxury environment known for quality, craftsmanship, and client trust.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Experience:

Deliver a warm, consultative, and tailored in-store experience that reflects the brand's values and high service standards. Jewelry Sales:

Guide clients through the selection of fine jewelry pieces, particularly diamonds and bridal collections, with expertise, professionalism, and care. Relationship Building:

Develop long-term relationships with clients by maintaining a personal client book, providing thoughtful follow-ups, and anticipating future needs. Product Knowledge:

Maintain deep knowledge of fine jewelry and timepiece collections, including diamond cuts, certifications, precious metals, and designer brands. Sales Goals:

Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and a commitment to excellence. Visual Merchandising: Assist with maintaining showroom presentation standards and ensuring displays are aligned with seasonal themes and promotional strategies. Team Collaboration:

Support fellow team members by fostering a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing sales environment. CRM Usage:

Utilize the CRM platform to document client preferences, sales history, and follow-up actions. (Training provided if necessary.) Professional Image:

Present a polished, professional appearance consistent with a luxury retail setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or a related field. Strong knowledge of diamonds and bridal jewelry preferred. Proven ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients. Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability and professionalism. Experience with CRM platforms is a plus; training will be provided. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be polished, punctual, and a true brand ambassador. GIA certification or equivalent diamond training is a plus but not required. COMPENSATION Base Salary: $65,000 - 100,000 per year, depending on experience. Commission: 1-2% of individual gross sales.

WORK SCHEDULE Full-time, 43-44 hours per week Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sundays off
