None Primary Functions:

Collaborates as a member of a Product Development Team in the engineering of software development user stories of product capabilities. Actively collaborates with Product Development Team members to develop products that achieve strategic business outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities: Takes initiative in feature and user story development, executes responsibilities, and collaborates with Product Development Team members. Develops fault-tolerant, scalable technology solutions to meet technical requirements. Utilizes technical knowledge to write and complete software tasks and product features. Tests, integrates, troubleshoots, and debugs software applications. Adheres to company standards and applies design principles and patterns to develop robust product capabilities. Works closely with other engineers to ensure coding standards and system-related issues are addressed. Performs other duties as assigned to support team efforts and results. Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in BSEE, BSCE, BSCS, or equivalent. Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education:

Equivalent technical education and/or related work experience. Experience/Skills:

At least three years of professional experience in a software development team is preferred. At least three years of experience with unit testing, change and configuration management, and software methodologies. Familiarity with Agile, DevOps practices, SDLC, operating systems, testing tools, and development/modeling tools. Knowledge of C#, .NET, Java, and RDBMS development including T-SQL. Placement in Software Engineer I, II, III, or Senior Software Engineer will be based on education or experience, with advancement contingent upon management recommendation, certifications, and performance. Compensation Software Engineer I (Category 10): $63,233 - $99,908 annually Software Engineer II (Category 09): $69,557 - $112,677 annually Software Engineer III (Category 08): $79,989 - $132,798 annually Senior Software Engineer (Category 07): $90,389 - $152,718 annually Starting salary will be based on experience, qualifications, education, and local wage requirements, generally within the listed ranges. New hire salaries typically fall within the range's minimum to midpoint.
