Overview
As an
SAP TM Consultant II , you’ll play a key role in supporting live SAP TM environments by troubleshooting and resolving system issues with minimal oversight. You will act as a bridge between end-users and the technical team, ensuring high levels of service and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-Go-Live SAP TM hypercare support independently Resolve a high volume of support tickets with efficiency Diagnose system errors and implement effective fixes Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical escalations Analyze system data and suggest performance improvements
Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on SAP TM configuration experience Solid understanding of SAP logistics execution and transportation processes Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues Strong interpersonal and documentation skills U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)
