In addition to leading in AI, NVIDIA has been in the automotive graphics segment since 2006, providing high-end to mid-level GPU solutions for connected vehicles, navigation, and instrument clusters. We are seeking a
Senior Reliability Engineer , an individual contributor role working cross-functionally. The key responsibilities include:
Planning and implementing qualification processes for new NVIDIA products across sectors such as AI, Mobile, Automotive, Deep Learning, and Graphics Processing, involving IC chips assembled in FCBGA, COWOS, or Multi-Chip Module packages, primarily using Fin-FET technologies.
Investigating and analyzing failures and failure mechanisms, developing failure models, and driving corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and reliability.
Assessing reliability test requirements for non-conforming materials and maintaining an improved reliability database.
Communicating effectively through reliability qualification reports and presentations.
Qualifications include:
Strong technical background in wafer fabrication, Flip Chip BGA, and COWOS packaging technologies.
Knowledge of CMOS device physics, reliability statistics, and modeling.
Familiarity with industry standards (JEDEC, IPC, AEC-Q100).
Proficiency in reliability data analysis tools such as JMP, Weibull++, and Minitab.
8+ years of experience in IC reliability.
BSc or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent; MS or PhD preferred.
We offer highly competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits. The base salary range is $140,000 - $264,500, determined by location, experience, and comparable roles. Additional benefits include equity and other perks. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
