MetaPhase is supporting the Department of the Treasury in delivering core IT governance, strategy, investment planning, and oversight services. We are seeking an
IT Finance SME
with at least 10+ years of experience leading complex federal IT governance efforts, including capital planning, strategic planning, investment management, and enterprise reporting. The candidate will manage a high-performing team, collaborate with senior federal leadership, and ensure compliance with federal IT directives. Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment is essential. What You Will Be Doing:
Lead and manage a team supporting Treasury OCIO’s IT governance programs Develop and coordinate strategic plans, investment reports, and portfolio assessments Manage creation and submission of budget exhibits, including the Agency IT Portfolio Summary and Business Case Detail Collaborate with federal stakeholders on IT policy and governance initiatives Provide senior advisory and facilitation support for reviews and reporting Ensure compliance with OMB guidance and Treasury directives related to capital planning, TBM, and FITARA Support knowledge management and process improvement across planning and governance functions Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship (NO EXCEPTIONS) Minimum 10+ years of federal consulting experience in enterprise IT governance or related fields Experience developing IT portfolio analysis, budget exhibits, and strategic documentation Deep knowledge of federal IT policies like OMB Circular A-11, CPIC, TBM, and FITARA Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and IT portfolio management tools Work Setup:
Location: Washington, DC – Remote support authorized with COR and CO approval Travel:

Public Trust clearance required (U.S. Citizenship necessary) Bachelor’s degree minimum Compensation:
