Join Our Team as a Data Scientist! We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to enhance our healthcare solutions through generative AI and machine learning. In this role, you will conduct data analysis, improve machine learning models, and develop innovative AI applications that directly impact patient care and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Extract valuable insights from complex datasets, identify patterns, and inform strategic decision-making. Machine Learning Model Development:

Design and train machine learning models using various algorithms, including deep learning and reinforcement learning. Agentic Workflows Implementation:

Create workflows utilizing AI agents for autonomous task execution, enhancing efficiency. RAG Pattern Utilization:

Implement retrieval-augmented generation patterns to optimize language models for effective knowledge integration. Model Fine-Tuning:

Adjust pre-trained models for specific tasks to ensure optimal performance. Data Cleaning and Preprocessing:

Prepare data by cleaning and handling missing values to maintain high-quality inputs. AI Model Deployment and Monitoring:

Deploy models in production environments and monitor their performance for improvements. Collaboration:

Partner with software engineers, product managers, and business analysts to integrate AI solutions. Research and Development:

Keep up with the latest AI advancements to enhance methodologies and models. Documentation and Reporting:

Document methodologies and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience:

3+ years as a Data Scientist, preferably in healthcare. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch; experience with big data technologies. Statistical Analysis:

Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms. Data Visualization:

Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI for data presentation. Database Management:

Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and ETL processes. Problem-Solving:
