About the Opportunity

We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical operations on one of Colorado’s largest industrial construction projects—a $600 million manufacturing facility in Aurora. This is a high-impact role with national visibility, offering long-term career potential with a leading general contractor known for delivering complex, large-scale projects across the country.

What You’ll Do

As Electrical Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force behind electrical execution on site. You’ll manage subcontractors, coordinate with other trades, and ensure the project stays on schedule, all while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise electrical subcontractors to meet project milestones

Manage crews to optimize productivity and maintain timelines

Collaborate with other trade teams for seamless integration

Track progress and adapt strategies to keep work on target

Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure jobsite

What You Bring

Experience managing industrial projects valued at $100 million or more

Proven leadership overseeing subcontractors with 150+ personnel on site

Minimum 3 years in an Electrical Superintendent role

Bonus: Experience with manufacturing facilities, chillers, and boilers

Work Environment & Schedule

You’ll be based at the Zyn manufacturing facility in Aurora, a state-of-the-art plant producing Zyn pouches. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a rotating weekend shift every five weeks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
