Job Summary As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of guiding our customers through the intricacies of cloud-based initiatives. Your role will be to strategize, architect, and implement tailored solutions, supporting SHI's customers in their journey to the Public Cloud. Role Description Design and implement diverse cloud solutions, covering areas such as Network Design, Security Architecture, Governance Best Practices, and Connectivity.

Conduct design work including logical design, cloud architecture analysis, system migrations, and systems engineering.

Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert on projects and workshops, ensuring accountability for project outcomes.

Develop technical roadmaps for prospective cloud implementations on Public Cloud platforms.

Plan, manage, and troubleshoot cloud service deployments effectively.

Utilize PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting for automation and documentation purposes.

Create business case analyses for potential projects.

Embed security measures in all cloud architecture frameworks.

Lead the formulation of Statements of Work (SOWs) in tandem with various teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Identify new revenue opportunities and enhance service offerings within the professional services team.

Collaborate with SHI Stakeholder partner teams to devise synergistic service solutions.

Engage closely with SHI sales teams for a unified approach to client service delivery and engagement.

Contribute to practice development by pinpointing growth areas, spearheading innovation initiatives, and upholding high practice standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.

Offer thought leadership on service delivery, showcasing best practices and technological advancements.

Analyze business processes, providing recommendations for improvement based on industry trends.

Facilitate evaluation and selection of technology standards, providing architecture recommendations.

Stay ahead of new technologies and frameworks, advising on the transition from legacy systems.

Intermediate ability to write and maintain code for automation and software solutions.

Intermediate understanding of various infrastructure components and expertise in orchestration for comprehensive technical solutions.

Intermediate experience in drafting detailed SOWs and driving revenue growth through professional services.

Intermediate level of experience with large-scale IT projects involving design, deployment, and configuration.

Other Requirements Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.

5+ years of experience designing and architecting solutions in Azure.

Willingness to travel occasionally.

Deep understanding of cloud system development, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.

Thorough knowledge of cloud computing delivery models and the competitive landscape.

Deep understanding of infrastructure components and practical experience with orchestration in cloud environments.

Experience in migrating workloads to the Public Cloud or managing existing cloud workloads.

Certifications AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator.

AZ-305 Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.

Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

The base salary for this position is $115,000 - $145,000, with estimated on-target earnings (OTE) of $145,000 - $180,000. Compensation will vary based on individual knowledge, experience, and market location. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
