We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer - Analytics Specialist to enhance our data foundation and drive informed decision-making. This role focuses on the design, modeling, and implementation of data warehousing activities. Responsibilities: Design and create sophisticated data models and visualizations to support various products and domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and data scientists, to fulfill data needs and present insights visually. Define and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for all data sets within your area of responsibility. Develop frameworks to improve logging data efficacy and troubleshoot issues effectively. Implement a security model anchored in privacy requirements; ensure compliance with safeguards, data quality, and governance processes. Address complex data integration challenges utilizing optimal ETL patterns and querying techniques from various data formats. Optimize pipelines, dashboards, and related systems for efficient development of data artifacts. Engage with product and cross-functional teams to pinpoint data opportunities that amplify impact. Analyze situations where data assessment necessitates consideration of multiple factors, applying sound judgment within established guidelines. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Applied Sciences, or a related field. Four years of relevant work experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar computer-related role. Extensive experience in data ETL design, implementation, and large-scale maintenance. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Perl, Java, Javascript, or PHP. Strong command of SQL writing and data analysis skills. Experience with data warehousing architecture and tools, including Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, and dimensional data modeling. Compensation:
