As a Lead Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing software applications that enhance our operational effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business partners to devise solutions that address challenges and optimize our technology landscape. Your strategic thinking and deep expertise in Salesforce will guide the creation of multi-cloud solutions that maximize business value. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and define application requirements. Lead discovery workshops to uncover and address key goals. Compile and implement application plans for new or existing systems. Develop user-centric applications ensuring optimal interfaces across systems. Oversee and mentor application developers, providing technical guidance and support. Manage application integrations, maintenance, upgrades, and migrations. Evaluate architectural risks and defects, while implementing solutions that meet organizational goals. Qualifications: Seven years of experience in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization. Proven ability to design and develop large-scale enterprise applications. Experience with SQL queries, Salesforce Lightning UI, and various cloud platforms. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Work Environment: This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office and two days working from home.
