Join the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) team as a Solutions Architect Manager. We are seeking motivated and experienced technical leaders to coach and develop a talented team of Solution Architects who are focused on serving our customers in innovative ways.
In this dynamic role, you will:
Support and empower a team of Solutions Architects to deliver exceptional solutions and customer experiences.
Guide the development and execution of strategies that enhance the adoption of Selling Partner API.
Lead by example in technical skills and customer engagement, helping your team capture the value of our solutions for clients.
Drive documentation initiatives, including white papers and best practice guides that reflect high-value customer insights.
Act as a vital link between partners, service engineering, and support teams to streamline operations across multiple geographies.
To excel in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in IT development, software implementation, or consulting.
At least 3 years of experience in managing engineering or technical teams.
Hands-on knowledge of the full-stack engineering lifecycle, emerging technologies, and a passion for learning.
