We are seeking a dedicated and customer-service-oriented

Network Technician / Low Voltage Cable Technician

to join our team. This is a 100% on-site role focused on providing essential low voltage cabling, network device installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance within large-scale commercial facilities and data centers.

You will be working with various types of circuits and the latest fiber technologies, ensuring robust and reliable network infrastructure. Given the customer-facing nature of this role, maintaining a professional demeanor is essential. We provide all necessary work uniforms, boots, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert low voltage cabling services, including Cat5 and Cat6 installations.

Install and manage fiber optic cabling systems.

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain network devices.

Perform comprehensive maintenance on network infrastructure in commercial facilities and data centers.

Address and resolve network issues efficiently to ensure system uptime.

Collaborate effectively with clients, maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience specifically in low voltage cabling, including Cat5 and Cat6.

Proven experience installing fiber cabling.

Prior commercial facility cabling experience, with a strong preference for data center environments.

Strong customer service and professional demeanor.

Work Schedule & Environment

This position requires 100% on-site presence. Due to the nature of operations, candidates must be flexible for

24/7 coverage across all days of the week , with shifts communicated well in advance. There will also be a rotating on-call schedule, typically once every 5-7 weeks.
