Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of architectural solutions that drive our projects forward. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge in integrating various applications and databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Key Responsibilities: Lead the solution design and architectural strategy for development, delivery, and support projects. Integrate multiple applications and support Salesforce customization and integration efforts. Manage enterprise architecture systems, demonstrating hands-on experience with proofs of concept (POCs). Oversee data processing initiatives, including enterprise data lake implementation and batch processing solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural patterns. Map business capabilities to technical solutions and develop comprehensive technical roadmaps. Translate both business and technical requirements into actionable architectural blueprints, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. Collaborate with various architects to optimize solutions and align them with strategic goals. Evaluate system architecture periodically and work closely with project management and IT teams to enhance architecture. Identify project constraints, explore alternatives, mitigate risks, and re-engineer solutions as necessary. Keep stakeholders informed about any architecture-related issues and troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise. Stay updated on emerging technologies and continuously research potential updates to existing architectures. Create and maintain effective procedures, processes, and designs for organizational systems. Mentor and guide development teams to ensure their success and adherence to best practices. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or a related IT field. Experience:

Minimum of 6 years in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect role, with a focus on managing and maintaining enterprise systems. Healthcare Domain Knowledge:

3 years of experience within the healthcare domain. Complex Solutioning:

3 years of experience with vendor integrations and cloud solutions. Full Stack Development:

3 years of experience in full stack development and deployment. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Azure, microservices, and API strategies. Hands-on experience with PowerShell and JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS and NodeJS. Database Management:

Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing SQL queries for performance improvements. Security Standards:

Knowledge of encryption, web tokens, and API data security standards. Development Practices:

Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps principles, web N-tier architecture, and design patterns. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree. Certifications in Microsoft cloud offerings/solutions. ITIL Foundation certification. Experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) within healthcare. Knowledge of ETL strategies and tools. TOGAF Foundation certification. Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and administering tools such as Edifecs, Salesforce, Sitecore, MuleSoft, and Apigee, and QNXT (Cognizant/TriZetto).
