Handle complex support inquiries and monitoring events in the 2nd and 3rd levels, leveraging your technical expertise. Engage in Remote Administration:

Independently manage our clients' IT systems, ensuring sustainable fault analysis and resolution with your strong technical skills. Optimize Systems:

Plan and implement strategies to enhance our clients' IT infrastructure based on deep knowledge of relevant technologies. Perform System Updates and Patches:

Conduct updates and patches for various technologies and our products in close collaboration with clients. Collaborate and Teamwork:

Work alongside project management, external vendors, and colleagues from different departments to guarantee effective system integration and maintenance. Support Infrastructure Expansions:

Manage upgrades and expansions of existing IT infrastructure while assisting in troubleshooting and system performance analysis. Assume Overall Responsibility:

Take charge of technical responsibilities within projects to ensure successful outcomes driven by your expertise. Your profile includes: Education and Training:

You have completed an IT-related apprenticeship or degree, or possess comparable qualifications. Technical Expertise:
