In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial role in spearheading our data engineering initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our extensive data platform. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Strategy and Operations. Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain the overall architecture of the enterprise data landscape, ensuring high availability, robustness, and scalability. Enhance performance for legacy data pipelines with a keen focus on process improvements. Build and manage integrations from over 10 source systems including Salesforce, Addepar, eMoney, Workday, etc. Develop normalization techniques for ingested data and maintain a reliable golden copy record. Establish data governance, quality, and management best practices emphasizing financial data. Create comprehensive enterprise-level metrics and reports on data performance, quality, and errors. Work collaboratively with internal teams (finance, HR) and external teams in wealth advisory to implement strategies for data acquisition and transformation. Architect and implement data warehousing solutions for efficient business reporting and analytics. Maintain thorough documentation, including data dictionaries and flowcharts for data movement and transformations. Lead the development of the next-generation Data Layer infrastructure that meets the data, reporting, and analytics requirements of the firm in a timely and scalable manner. Drive integration architecture between data sources and the data layer, utilizing both off-the-shelf tools (e.g., DBT) and custom coding in Azure. Transform data deliverables for effective Reporting and Analytics consumption. Qualifications:

Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline. A minimum of 4 years of data engineering experience. Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, DBT, Python, Tableau, Excel). Familiarity with industry-standard ELT & ELT tooling. Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL. Understanding of data modeling best practices, including Data Warehousing and Governance. Basic knowledge of Cloud Engineering, especially within Azure. Ability to implement CI/CD and adhere to Change Management processes. Preferred experience with Databricks, Salesforce, Addepar, and/or Workday. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies. High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ownership. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Capable of writing clean, high-quality code. Able to effectively prioritize and align projects with business objectives. Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to work in an office setting, which may involve prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. May require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds. This position requires on-site work 4 days a week. U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
