We are seeking experienced and professional Event Bartenders to provide exceptional beverage service. Ideal candidates are friendly, efficient, and able to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Bar Kit Required: You must bring your own bar kit for this shift. If you do not have one, please do not apply for this position. Your bar kit must include: Pour spout Jigger Wine key Bottle opener Wine Key

Responsibilities: Set up and break down bar stations before and after events Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with legal regulations Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain a clean workspace Process drink orders quickly and accurately Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests Follow safety and sanitation protocols at all times Work in coordination with event staff, leads, and catering teams

Qualifications: Minimum 12 years of bartending experience (banquets or events preferred) Knowledge of common cocktails and drink preparation Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods Strong communication and multitasking skills Must be punctual, professional, and guest-focused

Bartending When working in Bartending Position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following: Working independently or in a team to mix, prepare, serve, or transport alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Engaging with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register in a professional and courteous manner Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, or other items at the start or end of your shift Work on your feet, either stationary or constantly moving for the full shift Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities at times, as required by the immediate supervisor Comfortable working in a busy and at times hectic environment There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants. Note for that for any event staff position that requires handling food, you will need to follow GMP guidelines which include keeping your hair up, neatly trimmed fingernails, and you may be required to cover any facial hair.
