3% employer contribution in addition to match, totally up to 5%. Maintenance Technicians play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance to install, maintain, repair, and disassemble machines, machinery parts, and mechanical equipment. Apply knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to repair and maintain sitewide equipment and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues reported by operators; perform both repairs and preventative maintenance on production and non-production equipment. Complete daily, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities with a focus on food safety and reducing equipment failures. Collaborate with the maintenance team to update PM procedures, prioritize maintenance jobs, and contribute ideas to improve plant operations. Safely operate standard maintenance tools and work with trades/components such as electrical, welding, pipefitting, fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems, and more. Read and interpret
electrical/mechanical
schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals to troubleshoot, modify, and install equipment. Accurately document completed work and findings in maintenance software. Promote teamwork and continuous improvement through regular interaction with peers and management. Follow all safety policies, maintain a clean work environment, and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred). Experience with a CMMS system is a plus. Food manufacturing experience is preferred. Education or hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair. Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform effective repairs. Ability to read and apply technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with strong attention to detail and organization.
