We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic
Senior Business Systems Analyst
to drive cross-functional
finance ,
supply chain ,
manufacturing , and
sales initiatives . In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and optimize business processes and systems with a strong emphasis on
data-driven decision-making . The ideal candidate will have significant experience with
NetSuite ERP , exceptional skills in
SQL , and advanced proficiency in
Power BI . You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring data integrity and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborate effectively with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to analyze and improve business processes and system workflows. Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI to support strategic decision-making. Utilize NetSuite to streamline business operations, optimize processes, and maintain system accuracy. Write and refine SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and insightful analysis. Identify gaps in processes and offer data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Translate business needs into functional specifications and partner with IT to implement effective solutions. Engage in system implementations, upgrades, and integrations to enhance operational capabilities. Provide support to end-users for system- and data-related issues, and conduct training sessions as needed. Ensure data governance and quality across all platforms. Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain context. Hands-on expertise with
NetSuite ERP . Advanced proficiency in
SQL
and
Power BI . Understanding of BoM structure principles and item configuration data settings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred: Experience with data modeling and ETL processes. Familiarity with other BI tools or data platforms.
