What will you be doing?
Collaborating with internal teams to partner with technical resource managers, architects, and global partners to define project resource needs, estimate scope, and requirements.
Proactively developing strategies to deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with Caleres project management methodologies.
Mitigating risks by removing obstacles and facilitating project advancement, maintaining regular communication about project status with key stakeholders and IT leadership.
Completing accurate project-related documentation and administrative duties, including task assignments.
Conducting status meetings and communicating project progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to business and IS leadership.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems preferred.
4+ years of experience managing the software development lifecycle and application development projects required.
Proficiency in agile scrum methodology is mandatory.
Experience using Jira is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Project or PPM tools like ServiceNow SPM is preferred.
Experience in eCommerce project and/or product management is a plus.
PMP certification is preferred.
