Role Overview
As a Software Development Engineer, you will focus on designing and developing back-end or full-stack product features that enhance scalability, efficiency, and customer experience. Owning the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Collaborating closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Driving improvements and best practices in code quality and development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.
Lead technical solutions from conception through deployment, ensuring architectural integrity.
Engage in requirement analysis, design, testing, deployment, and operational excellence.
Write and review well-tested, high-quality code, adhering to coding standards.
Implement effective monitoring and troubleshooting to enhance operational performance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years of experience in designing or architecting scalable systems.
Proficient in at least one programming language.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
