No C2C or 3rd parties, please.We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Designer with a strong background in piping design to take the lead on dynamic engineering projects. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure design accuracy, safety, and adherence to both industry and customer standards.This is a hands-on design leadership role where your communication and technical skills will make a major impact.What You'll Do: Lead mechanical design efforts for complex facility layouts and piping systems Work daily with Project Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality design and drafting packages Develop isometric and assembly drawings, equipment arrangements, and Bills of Material Ensure compliance with company and client engineering design standards, QA/QC, and safety protocols Estimate drawing quantities and contribute to full design package planning Review and check other designers' work, mentor junior team members, and help reduce rework Assist in the field for as-built documentation and carry-on engineering work when needed Train others on CAD tools and support improvements to company design processes What You Bring: 3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry 5-10 years of AutoCAD experience (2D/3D and AutoCAD Plant 3D) Strong understanding of ASME Piping Codes (B31.3, B31.8) Ability to read, interpret, and produce isometric and assembly drawings Familiarity with P&IDs, piping materials, NEC standards, and Navisworks is a plus Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset Education: Technical training, associate's degree, or equivalent industry-specific educationIf you're looking to step into a leadership design role and you know how to turn complex requirements into clear, buildable designs, please send your resume to Brandon at bgreen@.#LI-DNI
