IT Capability Architect - Annuity Lifecycle Management

Join our dynamic team as an IT Capability Architect specializing in Annuity Lifecycle Management (ALIP). At Allianz Technology, we are looking for a talented professional to shape our capabilities and drive innovation in our financial services environment. Your Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive capability roadmaps that leverage your financial knowledge alongside various teams. Evaluate and recommend targeted solutions in line with architectural standards and industry best practices for ALIP capabilities. Provide techno-functional leadership in both tactical and strategic planning related to demand, capacity, and evolution. Collaborate with our Enterprise Architect to prioritize and implement new architecture initiatives. Maintain and document shared architectural models, diagrams, and compliance with recommended standards. Ensure alignment between IT expenditure and overarching business strategies. Translate complex business challenges into actionable results by leveraging a Matrixed Organization. About You: 11+ years of experience in insurance or financial domains, with expertise in ALIP or similar administrative systems. 8-10 years of general supervisory experience is preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Finance or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. Knowledge of SQL is a plus. In this role, you will: Provide guidance on financial domain matters, particularly regarding Annuity products. Engage in roadmapping discussions for Capability development. Participate in aligning change agendas with Enterprise Architecture Roadmaps. Aide in the maturation of ALIP capabilities, establishing key maturity models. Support the documentation and maintenance of Admin system architecture standards. Filter and prioritize technology projects during the annual budgeting cycle.
