This exciting position offers you the chance to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and iconic storytelling. Based in Los Angeles, you will architect, design, and build scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for our Prime Video Studios Sales team, collaborating with various technology partners and leaders across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Salesforce.com CRM, providing support for roadmap projects and operational enhancements.
Engage in hands-on configuration and development using APEX and Salesforce capabilities such as Flows.
Focus on improving user efficiency, resolving business/customer issues, and ensuring data accuracy across the Salesforce system.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, drive, and implement improvements and customizations that align with Amazon's business needs.
Translate customer and internal team requirements into robust business requirements for Salesforce configuration and development.
Participate in the change management process and lead communication efforts across stakeholders.
Own customer-impacting changes in our user experience built on Salesforce, contributing to tools that affect the entire enterprise.
About the Team:
The Amazon MGM Studios Business Enablement Technology Organization is dedicated to delivering technological solutions that support key areas of the Studio Production Lifecycle. You will particularly aid in Creative Development, Sales & Distribution, and Financial Management.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
Experience building services using AWS products.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline processes.
Proficient in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Salesforce flows, and integration features.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with distributed systems at scale.

The compensation for this position ranges from $116,300 to $201,200 per year, based on geographic location and individual qualifications. This is inclusive of a complete range of benefits.
