About the Role:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will play a pivotal role in understanding business processes, capturing user requirements, and delivering comprehensive solutions that align with organizational goals. This role is essential in designing, building, and maintaining the Salesforce platform and associated technologies for our Sales Operations and Deal Desk teams. You will contribute to developing a cohesive, scalable software ecosystem that drives efficiency and supports strategic initiatives. Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and user needs, translating them into systems requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated and seamless customer experience. Clearly communicate business requirements to development teams for effective customization and testing. Enhance the Salesforce.com platform for the Sales Operations department by actively participating in design, development, testing, and deployment of enhancements and projects. Engage in cross-functional projects that involve the integration of Salesforce with other applications. What You Will Bring: 6-8 years of experience in a business systems delivery role, preferably with a focus on hyper-growth environments. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret logic and data relationships. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong dedication to customer service. In-depth knowledge of sales processes, including Accounts, Opportunities, and Leads.
