JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Business Systems Analyst with a blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and strong communication abilities. This role requires the capability to work autonomously, navigate organizational and technical challenges, and focus on healthcare claims and pharmacy data analysis to provide effective solutions for Patient Liability and Medicaid processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis for inquiries and requests, leveraging technical tools to deliver feedback and resolution while adhering to Service Level Agreements. Assist in the research, development, and completion of special projects as requested by internal departments or in response to regulatory agencies and external organizations. Ensure timely project completion, including timeline management and coordination of activities and data collection with both internal departments and external stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear application and operational requirements. Create detailed workflows and documentation of operational processes and procedures. Prioritize initiatives based on strategic business needs. Engage in project tasks as needed to support overall objectives. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of existing processes. Strong task prioritization and execution abilities. Skilled in generating insights from data analysis. Quick learner with a talent for solving complex problems. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficient in documentation and conducting effective meetings. Adaptable and able to thrive under tight deadlines. Familiarity with Healthcare industry standards, terminology, and practices; knowledge of claims and SQL is a plus. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Required Education:

Associate degree or equivalent education and experience. Required Experience:

1-3 years in a similar role. Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience. Preferred Experience:

Pay Range:

$77,969 - $141,371 / ANNUAL *Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
